2.         It is mandatory that every student will join at least two of the aforesaid societies. Nomination forms along with Brochure are obtainable from my office, Chief Organizer/Organizers of the Students Societies; shall reach the office of the undersigned on or before 11-01-2010. The election for formation of the Cabinet will be held between the members of each society separately, the detailed information about the cabinet are available in the brochure.
