APARO
stands for Admission Performance Attendance and Record Office. This
office was established in September 2001. Besides keeping update record
of admissions, and students’ performance at inter and degree levels, the
office also facilitates links between the students and the teachers and
the teachers and the parents. Following are the main functions of this
office.

To
maintain a complete record and attendance of all students.

To
liaise with parents / guardians regarding progress reports of their
wards.

To
liaise with BISE on resolving problems of students.

To
issue course completion certificates, provisional certificates and
help in getting character certificates issued by the office of Chief
Tutor.

To
regulate students attendance and discipline by implementing the
following rules and regulations.

A
fine of Rs.5/- shall be imposed per absentee from lecture, sermon
and tutorial class or Rs.10/- for the full day absence or from
practical class.

A
warning notice against remaining absent for 6 consecutive days shall
be displayed on the Notice Board and a copy dispatched to the
parents.

Removal from University rolls after 10 consecutive absentees without
genuine reason.

To
ensure completion of attendance requirements of 66% in each subject
theory and practical for the Board examination.
